Copywriting, which involves creating and editing digital content for media companies and other businesses, is becoming a highly lucrative job for the young copywriter, according to a recent survey by copywriting program KPMG.
Copywriters in the study had a median hourly salary of $42,821, according a study by KPMg.
That’s about $7,000 more than what a copyeditor made in 2016.
But many copywriters who earn their living writing for clients say they don’t consider themselves professionals, even though they work full-time. KPM
